Asbestos Pre-Renovation and Demolition Building Inspections

AEI samples existing construction for Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) and provides the results of all testing in a comprehensive Asbestos Inspection Report. If ACM is present, AEI can provide full project design and management for removal.

AEI also performs Asbestos Inspections as required by federal, state and local law prior to issuance of building or demolition permits on public or commercial construction and finish-out projects.

AEI’s project design and management team has extensive experience in providing professional services for financial institutions, municipalities, educational facilities, commercial and industrial properties. AEI’s licensed staff will design and manage your remediation project from start to finish.

AEI technicians have current contractor / supervisor accreditation under TSCA Title II / AHERA and NESHAP, and have successfully completed NIOSH 582 training.

LEED Indoor Air Quality Testing

AEI conducts air testing required to obtain credits under LEED-NC, EQ Credit 3.2, Construction IAQ Management Plan Before Occupancy.

Indoor Air Quality Assessments

AEI’s provides problem diagnosis, air sampling for specific compounds and when indicated implementation of operations and maintenance programs to prevent future IAQ problems.

Mold Assessment

AEI provides Mold Assessments that include a visual inspection of interior building materials to identify suspect microbial growth and recommend areas to be remediated. Assessments will also include site observations, conclusions, recommendations and remediation protocol.
